Student Project Internship – AI, Digital Innovation & Business Development

About the Opportunity

At ICANIWILL, we are establishing a student project group to take part in real, high-impact projects across the company. Much of the work will involve sourcing and evaluating new AI tools and digital systems that can be integrated into our organization. The project will consist of several areas – such as marketing, design, purchasing, or logistics– where students will be given autonomy and trust to identify the best solutions and present recommendations directly to our leadership team.


We are looking for individuals who are not only curious and ambitious but also fearless and action-oriented. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibility, and contribute directly to the success of a fast-growing company.


What You’ll Do

Depending on your background and interests, you could:

  • Purchasing & Logistics: Research digital solutions for smarter supply chain management, forecasting, and vendor communication.
  • Product Development: Identify tools that support data-driven product decisions, sizing optimization, or trend analysis.
  • Marketing & Growth: Explore AI tools for campaign optimization, social media automation, or content creation.
  • Design & Creative: Test new design systems, AI-driven prototyping tools, or solutions to improve customer experience.
  • HR & People: Find innovative ways to improve recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Business Development & Analysis: Benchmark competitors, analyze new market opportunities, and source solutions that improve decision-making.


Who We’re Looking For

We welcome students from a wide range of fields, including (but not limited to):

  • Business, Engineering, Data/AI, Logistics, Marketing or Design
  • You are curious, ambitious, and eager to learn
  • You thrive in teamwork but are also comfortable taking initiative
  • You are fearless, proactive, and able to act decisively
  • You enjoy a dynamic environment and are not afraid to test new ideas

Practical Information

  • Start: By agreement – as soon as possible
  • Scope: Part-time during the academic year, with the option to extend
  • Location: Hybrid – Stockholm office + possibility of remote work
