Vi har tagit hjälp av löparcoachen och träningsprofilen Josefine Swärm som har gett oss sina bästa tips på hur man bygger upp styrka och rörlighet för att maximera löpningen.

Meet Maria Westerberg, one of our awesome Influencer Marketing Coordinators! Maria started her ICIW journey as an Influencer Marketing Intern after which she got a full-time position and became in charge of the Norwegian market. When Maria is not working she keeps herself busy at the gym, takes long walks in the sun or plays padel. She’s a very active person, to say the least…When asked what it’s like working at ICIW she says “Working here is like hanging out with your family. The best thing about this office is the warm and welcoming atmosphere, I noticed it from the very first time I walked in the door. Everybody’s so passionate about the company, encouraging towards each other and have a true ICANIWILL spirit!”

Meet Alexander Ruckemann, our COO at ICIW. Alex started working at ICIW roughly one year ago and is responsible for fulfillment, postage, e-commerce, customer service and the creative production team. When describing his position, he says it’s a broad responsibility, but thanks to intelligent and hard-working colleagues each team has been performing great during 2020. Alex says he loves his job since he gets to work with great people in a fast-paced environment. The greatest thing about e-commerce, he says, is that they get a close relationship between the brand and the customers without any middlemen. This enables direct customer feedback to improve both the customer journey and product development. When Alex isn’t working, he loves the outdoors and its activities like camping, canoeing, or hiking. He has dual citizenship since Alex’s father’s side is Canadian and he was born in Ottawa. This summer he hopes to travel to the west coast for some awesome hiking in the Rockies!

Meet Catharina Eriksson, our Website Manager! As Website Manager Catharina makes sure our website is always up to date, products are displayed correctly, everything is easily navigated and much more... Catharina has been working in e-commerce for about nine years, and has been here at ICANIWILL since October 2019, so to say she knows what she's doing is no exaggeration. When describing what it's like working at ICANIWILL, she says she appreciates working in a small but growing company as it allows for every employee to really make a difference. "One of the perks of working in a relatively small, close knitted team is that you get to see the entire process, everything from design, to sourcing, to sales and logistics. We work closely together and it teaches you a lot about the company as a whole."
