Artworker/Originalare (temp)

Our Artworker is going on maternity leave and we need someone who can take over her tasks while she’s away. This temporary position will take place in March 2024 and will end in March 2025.

As our temporary Artworker/Originalare you will work closely with our Graphic Designer when developing digital, web and print material. You will work with ready to go concepts/designs and transform them into different formats, languages etc. Most of the time you will take designs that have been created by the Graphic Designer and prepare them for production. We’re searching for a person that can work within short deadlines and have an eye for details. The work involves checking the design and making margin changes or corrections to the text, images or layout. Example of work areas: newsletters, landing pages, ads, social media materials. Since you will be the last person in line, you will work as a final quality checker for all our graphic material being put out.

You will be a part of our in-house Creative team that produces all of our campaigns and visual communication. On a daily basis the team works with photo, video, graphic design, social media and lots more. Teamwork is key and we continuously work together towards reaching our goals and upping the quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Most of the days you will be creating newsletters (Which implies: creating the design, setting up templates for every country, and scheduling)
  • Quality check all the graphic material that we put out
  • Finalize graphic design material for digital, web and print use.
  • Adapting graphic concepts into different formats, languages etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a relevant degree on University level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an artworker/originalare is a big plus.
  • Are proficient in Photoshop.
  • Are a team player - but can also take their own initiatives.
  • Incorporate feedback and take direction well.
  • Have a good eye for details and typography.
  • You don’t mind working with similar kinds of tasks from a day to day basis.
  • Strong understanding of how to work within the brand’s guidelines.
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time in a meticulous way.
  • Are flexible and enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment at a young, fast-moving growth company.
  • Are fluent in verbal and written English and Swedish.
  • Have problem-solving skills and are organized.

The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Graphic Designer.
