Customer service Experience Specialist

Are you a structured and service-oriented individual eager to be part of a fast-growing e-commerce company? ICANIWILL is now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and play a key part in optimizing the experience for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Keep our KPI reports accurate and up to date.

Assist in planning and coordinating team tasks.

Help with staffing schedules to meet seasonal and market demands.

Support the team in customer cases and take over operational tasks when needed.

Assist in building feedback loops from customers to relevant departments.

Actively participate in improvement projects to enhance the customer experience.

Update and maintain the FAQ section on our website.

Ensure internal and external communication.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Has previous experience in customer service and thrives in a supportive and coordinating role.

Is structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Is a strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and in a team.

Is flexible, innovative, and eager to grow and develop in the role.

Fluency in English is required.

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office is required

Knowledge of Finnish or German is a plus.
